One of the big hopes for job creation in the Region of Murcia is that Premursa, the company holding the licence to build the proposed Paramount Park in Alhama de Murcia, will find the financing necessary to build the theme park.
Although no formal confirmation has been received that the Region of Murcia has agreed to the loan guarantee requested by the company to cover imminent expenditure whilst the hunt for investment continues, Premursa have now opened the preliminary application processes for those hoping to find work in the park once it is completed.
According to the original press releases, the park has to be open for summer of 2015 in order to comply with the licensing agreement, so those applying now are doing so in anticipation of a large volume of job applications once financing is obtained and construction forges ahead.
You can now submit your preliminary application on the company website www.premursa.com, using the contact button, presenting yourself as a candidate for one of the jobs which will be created. The same website can be used to apply for one of the jobs which will be created by the construction of the theme park.
On the employment webpage, although it might seem a little premature, candidates can apply for jobs in administration, services and entertainment as well as builders, carpenters and the like.
The management of Premursa has made it clear that first priority will be given to residents of Alhama de Murcia, followed by others from the Region of Murcia, although applications from other parts of Spain will also be considered.
Fluency in Spanish will be important, and candidates with more than one language will be given priority.
