Hacienda Riquelme Property Services has been established for more than 5 years on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf resort, under the management of Aidan and Mandy, who have acquired a good reputation for honest and reliable Property Management and Maintenance, as well as a property rental service.(see testimonials below).
Property Management and Keyholding.
A full property keyholding and property Management service is available:
Year round secure key holding
Meet and Greet service for your guests (additional charges apply)
Weekly property visits and checks
Airing whole property
Running taps, flushing toilets, checking boilers
Checking for signs of damp and pest infestation
Additional checks made after severe weather conditions, e.g. heavy rain, storms
Individual Owners report sent via email
Any issues will be raised and quotes provided for any necessary action
Upon acceptance of quotes, appointments for work to be carried out can be arranged (call out charges apply for these appointments)
Changeovers, Cleaning and Laundry.
A variety of services are available, as full or part packages:
Clean kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, toilets, floors, surfaces, small balconies & terrace
Check all lights
Clean fridge / oven
Remove any left-over items of food and drink
Check terrace and any outside furniture is clean and free of damage
Change bed linen and towels
Report any damage
Leave our contact details with your guests for any issues that they might encounter
The laundry of all bed linen and towels is included in the changeover service, but should you require any further laundering, please request a price.
If you prefer that your guests did not use your personal linen and towels, we can provide full sets inc towels at an extra cost in addition to full cleaning charge.
We will use our own cleaning supplies.
Prices include the cleaning of bed linen and towels. We will clean your apartment after departure and also carry out a further pre entry clean on the day of the next arrival (This pre entry clean is included in the cleaning charge).
Meet and Greet
For 15 euros we will meet your guests at the entrance to the resort. They will be shown around your property and then given the keys to your apartment.
They will be shown how to work all of the appliances, inc T.V., air con. etc. and made aware of any restrictions you have i.e. smoking.
Upon departure a full inspection for any damages will be carried out and the owner informed of any damages prior to repaying your guests deposit.
FREE KEY SAFE OPTION
In addition to our Meet & Greet service we also offer an alternative for your guests who have stayed on the resort previously and are familiar with how everything works.You may also wish to issue clients who have not stayed on the resort before this option and issue them with directions and instructions on how everything works in your apartment.
The key safe option allows for your guests to collect your keys from our secure key safe. The key safe is a secure 4 digit coded pad lock safe which locks on to the communal block door. You tell us what code you want to use and we will set the key safe with this code.
You pass this code on to your clients and they can then enter the code and remove the keys. The key safe option is a free service and clients will only be charged should they call us out to deal with any issues that would be covered in our Meet & Greet service. You must also be mindful that if you choose this option instead of our Meet & greet option we may be off site if your clients need us.
Unsociable hours (Arrivals after 11pm).
The key safe option will be used for all arrivals after midnight and before 8am. However if the meet & greet is required between these times the cost will be €25
A full Property Rentals service is available for both short and long-term lets, on all sizes and locations of apartments.
As residents on the resort, Aidan and Mandy have access to a wide range of different properties which will suit all budgets, and can offer all levels of accommodation, even for short golfing breaks.
Prices start for 2 bedroom luxury apartments at just 125 euros a week, so please contact us with your dates and an indication of the type of accommodation required.
