Camposol
The Camposol Urbanisation is located in the open countryside of the Saladillo pedanía, within the municipality of Mazarrón, and the Southwest of the Region of Murcia.
Whilst enjoying views of the surrounding agricultural campo and the Sierras of Espuña and Moreras, it is only a 10 minutes drive from the town of Mazarrón, and 35 kilometres of unspoilt beaches, with the towns of Alhama and Totana also offering excellent shopping, facilities and services.
And only a 10 minute drive from the projected location of the Paramount Park and Lifestyle Center, the first stone of which is due to be laid May 2012.
The urbanisation itself is established and extensive, 5000 completed homes on four different sectors, offering a wide choice of property to suit all budgets, with substantial detached properties including secondary apartments and underbuilds through to low maintenance duplex accommodation without gardens, suitable properties for full time residents or those who prefer a holiday apartment in a safe and populated environment.
And the community is truly multicultural: although the population is predominantly British, there are a good number of Europeans and Spanish, with around 3500 permanent residents.

In addition, an extensive programme of cultural entertainment is available with music and sociable activities offered by the bars on the urbanisation, local towns all have substantial cultural programmes and there are major music festivals and auditoriums in Murcia, Cartagena and Águilas, as well as a busy programme of Fiestas, including the Camposol Fiesta.
Camposol is within the municipalityof Mazarrón and the Region of Murcia. It is a 25 minute drive from the new International Airport at Corvera and well connected to arterial routes across the Region of Murcia and Costa Cálida.
