The philosophy of "classical dishes with a contemporary twist " can be applied to not only the great food served at Campbell´s restaurant in Roda, but the ambience, service and attitude towards the experience of clients.
The core of the experience is the food, attention to detail being the difference which sets Campbell´s apart and turns a meal out into a memorable meal out.
Chef Martin Purdam trained with an exclusive hotel chain before moving onto the Waldorf and The Strand Hotel in central London, acquiring those little tricks of the trade which encourage their chefs to bring the best out of every
dish and make dining a special experience in these prestigious locations.
Combining the great classical dishes of Europe with a desire to innovate, Martin has attained a reputation for producing dishes which aptly reflect the local produce produced seasonally within this Region, combining fresh local ingredients and a little sprinkling of Spain.
Campbell´s is particularly proud of its premium meat cuts,
steaks hung for a full 14 days to mature to perfection, and Chateau Briand being particular specialities of the restaurant, although there are an excellent selection of poultry and fish options to choose from as well.
Whilst quality and presentation are top of the menu, attention to pricing is also carefully
considered, ensuring that value for money is also the house speciality.
A selection of dishes from the menu are reproduced below to whet your appetite.
