The Arches is well into full summer mode, with the best selection of live acts in the area,  night after night of great live music for your entertainment. The acts perform outside, so you can enjoy the warm summer evenings and balmy summer air. All of the outdoor events are free of charge, although it is sensible to book a table for evening meals as it gets very busy.

The Arches offers a popular range of sensible food at affordable prices, meaning that going out for the evening doesn't have to break the bank.

Regular events and activities at The Arches:
Mondays -  Aerobics 6-7pm
 
Tuesdays- Weight Watchers from 10.30 am

 Fridays 6-7pm Spanish - English conversation classes, all levels welcome, 5 euros a year
 8pm - 9pm, 1 hour dance lesson for jive, then after the class, dance lessons 9pm-to the end of the night to some great music. If you don't dance, then just come along and socialise.
Saturdays- Booksale every Saturday morning on behalf of MABS
2pm-4pm Jive lessons
Sundays- Following Sunday lunches, The Arches hosts a Sunday afternoon sing-along between 4pm and 8pm. The weekends alternate between Guitar one week and keyboard the next.

7.30 to 8.30pm, Salsa classes.

Great Value food at The Arches.
Breakfasts are served until 3pm Mon - Sat, and 12.30 pm Sun, and start from only 3.40 euros, then at lunchtime from Monday to Saturday the fantastic credit crunch lunch is available at only 6.25 euros for 2 courses. The choices change every day, with favourites such as spaghetti bolognaise, chicken and chips, chicken curry, liver, bacon and onion, shepherds pie on offer as main courses with a choice of starter as well. please book in advance.

On Sundays a traditional Sunday lunch is available, from 1pmand proper fish and chips is the dish of choice on Tuesday and Friday from 6pm to 9.30pm. Please book in advance.

There's also a good stock of second hand books available for animal charities, and on Saturday mornings, MABS hold a book sale to raise money for their cancer support work.
